Welcome to Tecurcity! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products. By engaging with Tecurcity, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Services

Tecurcity provides a range of IT services, including but not limited to frontend development, backend development, eCommerce solutions, CRM, ERP, LMS, SaaS, and PaaS platforms.

Payment Terms

Payments for services are milestone-based and must be completed within 3 days of milestone completion.
Any changes to a milestone must be communicated within this 3-day period. Beyond this timeframe, the milestone will be considered approved, and no refunds will be issued for that milestone.

Ownership of Deliverables

Deliverables created as part of the services are fully owned by the client. However, ownership is contingent upon full payment for the respective service.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the conditions outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

Products

Tecurcity offers SaaS-based products tailored to meet diverse business needs.

Payment Terms

The first 50 orders are free of cost. Post this, charges are based on usage and billed twice a month—on the 15th and at the month's end.
Payments must be made by the specified dates. If payment is delayed, the account will be paused after 7 days of non-payment.

Ownership of Products

All SaaS products provided by Tecurcity remain the exclusive property of Tecurcity. Users are granted access based on the terms of their subscription.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of services or products is governed by the conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Both parties are expected to adhere to these terms to ensure smooth resolution and compliance.

Your personal information is collected, used, and safeguarded as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services or products, you consent to the practices outlined therein.

General Guidelines

Clients are expected to provide timely approvals, payments, and feedback to avoid project delays.

Users are responsible for maintaining proper usage of Tecurcity's SaaS products and adhering to the payment schedule.

Tecurcity reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed to reflect changes in our policies or services. By continuing to engage with our offerings, you agree to the latest version of these terms.
