At Tecurcity, we prioritize transparency and mutual respect in all our professional engagements. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and obligations for both service-based projects and subscription-based products to ensure clarity and fairness.

Cancellation Policy for Services:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to project cancellations. In such cases, the following conditions apply:

  • Either party, whether the client (you) or Tecurcity (we), must provide prior notice before initiating a cancellation. This ensures smooth communication and minimises disruptions.
  • The client is obligated to settle payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Upon receipt of the pending payment, Tecurcity will transfer all completed project materials and deliverables to the client.

This approach ensures that both parties honour their commitments and maintain a professional relationship throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy for Subscription-Based Products:

For subscription-based products, cancellations are not applicable since payments are made at the end of each billing cycle based on product usage.

  • If a user wishes to discontinue using the product for any reason, they must first settle the billed amount for the current usage cycle.
  • Once the outstanding amount for the respective billing cycle is paid, users can discontinue their subscription without further obligations.

By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain a fair and balanced approach to cancellations while ensuring the interests of both our clients and Tecurcity are safeguarded.
